1. Terms of Use and Security Rules
chocolatemoulds.com is open to all members. Services provided on the site are free unless otherwise specified.
In the following cases, site management may block a member's use of the site and reserves its legal rights regarding the individuals involved in such actions:
1.a. Uploading incorrect, irregular, incomplete, or misleading information, content against public morality, or information contradicting the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
1.b. Unauthorized copying of site content, partially or entirely.
1.c. Sharing the username, password, or any other login information with third parties and the resulting damages from such actions fall under the User's responsibility. Similarly, the User cannot use another person's IP address, email address, or username, nor can they access or use other users' private information without permission. The User acknowledges all legal and criminal liabilities arising from such actions.
1.d. Using software, performing actions, or attempting activities that could threaten site security, disrupt site operations or software, or delete, alter, or obtain data without authorization.

3.a. Information about users visiting chocolatemoulds.com (visit duration, time, and viewed pages) is tracked to provide better service. This information may be shared with partner companies for advertising and content improvement, adhering to privacy conditions. The purpose is to enhance user experience and improve chocolatemoulds.com.
3.b. After filling out the required registration fields and verifying their email address, users can start using chocolatemoulds.com by entering their email and password, provided they comply with the terms specified in this agreement.
3.c. Users agree to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, regulations on Trademark and Patent Rights, and other applicable laws while using chocolatemoulds.com. Any legal, criminal, or financial responsibility arising from violations is solely the user's responsibility.
3.d. If it is determined that a user violates the terms specified in this agreement or the general rules announced on chocolatemoulds.com, their access to chocolatemoulds.com may be temporarily or permanently blocked, and/or their account may be terminated.
3.e. Users cannot engage in activities that prevent or hinder others from using chocolatemoulds.com, overload servers or databases using automated programs, or engage in fraudulent behavior. If such behavior occurs, the user's membership will be terminated, and they accept all legal and criminal liabilities arising from such actions.
3.g. Users cannot remove or modify copyright, trademark, or intellectual property notices from any material copied or printed from chocolatemoulds.com.
3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be performed by the user through chocolatemoulds.com. Once membership is canceled, the user's access to the site will be revoked, and they acknowledge that this process is irreversible.
3.j. The relationships between site users or with third parties are the sole responsibility of the individuals involved.
3.m. Specific sections of the site may have additional rules and obligations. Users and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these specified rules in advance.

3.o. Users agree and undertake that the payment information (e.g., credit card details, GSM number) they use for transactions on the site is accurate and that they bear all legal and criminal responsibilities arising from it.
7. Notification Addresses
7.a. chocolatemoulds.com does not request postal addresses from its users in advance. However, the email address provided by the user to chocolatemoulds.com is considered the official address for any notifications related to this agreement.
7.b. Unless the parties notify each other in writing of changes to their current email addresses within three (3) days, requests sent to the old email addresses will be deemed valid and considered as delivered.
7.c. Notifications sent by chocolatemoulds.com to the user's registered email address are considered to have been received by the user one (1) day after being sent.
The user declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the clauses of this participation agreement and confirm the accuracy of the information they have provided.
